Take any Brownie Base from my “Classic Brownies” chapter, layer, and enjoy.
Bake and cool your choice of Brownie Base. Cut into small squares (about 1").
In dessert dishes, layer brownies with ice cream and drizzles of caramel or fudge sauce (or both!). Top with whipped cream and optional berries and nuts.
