I love the way unsweetened and bittersweet chocolate offset the sweetness of the cream-cheese filling in these moist, fudgy brownies.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 13x9" baking pan.
Melt the chocolate and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring to blend. Remove saucepan from heat. With an electric mixer, beat in sugar, eggs, and vanilla on medium-high speed until mixture is thick and well blended.
