Honey gives these brownies a richness all their own. They always create a “buzz” wherever I take them!
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9" square pan.
In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat the butter, sugar, vanilla, and honey at medium-high speed, stopping and scraping the bowl often, until light and fluffy. On low speed, add eggs, mixing until well blended.
