In my Mint Chocolate Brownie in the Round recipe, I mention pairing the slices with quality mint ice cream. Here’s a quick, easy, and flavorful alternative when quality can only be found in your kitchen!
In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat the ingredients until well combined.
Cover and freeze until firm enough to scoop, at least 2 hours.
