If you adore brownies paired with exceptionally rich ice cream, this definitely will make you say “ah”!
In a medium saucepan, bring the cream just to a simmer.
Remove saucepan from heat. Stir in vanilla bean and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together egg yolks and sugar until combined. Slowly whisk 1 cup hot cream mixture into yolk mixture. Return to saucepan. Cook mixture over low heat until thick and mixture coats
