Ingredients

Sorbet Base

  • ¾ cup sparkling water
  • ¾ cup superfine or granulated sugar

Method

For the Sorbet Base

In a small saucepan, combine the sparkling water and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring, until sugar is dissolved. (This will take almost no time with superfine sugar.) Remove saucepan from heat; let cool to room temperature.

Pulse raspberries and water in a food processor fitted with the metal blade. Process until smooth, stopping
