This food-processor favorite is one I’ve been making and serving for years. It’s quick, easy, and adaptable to any berry—and any brown-ie—to suit your mood and the season.

Ingredients

Yogurt Base

  • 1 qt. fresh berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, or red raspberries)
  • ½ cup

Method

For the Yogurt Base

Rinse, drain, and hull berries. If using strawberries, slice half the quart and combine them with sugar in a medium saucepan. If using other berries, just combine half the quart with sugar (no slicing needed).
