If you’ve never thought of apricots and chocolate together, this fruit-chocolate combo will brighten up your taste buds. This “sauce” is a trick I learned from my mom years ago . . . no cooking required!
Puree the apricots with their syrup in a blender until smooth. Add juice, zest, vanilla, and sugar. Blend until smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape sides of blender to ensure mixture is combined.
