This fruity caramel sauce is a great drizzle atop anything with white chocolate—like my Macadamia-Nut White Brownies. But don’t limit yourself to just that idea!
In a medium saucepan, combine the sugars and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring often. Occasionally brush down sides of pan with a wet pastry brush to dissolve sugar crystals that adhere to pan.
