This smooth sauce is not quite as sweet as my Smooth and Silky one. Try them both. They each make a spectacular finish to a brownie!
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the cream and sugar. Cook, whisking, until mixture boils.
Add chocolates and continue to whisk until mixture is smooth and well combined. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Serve warm, room temperature, or cold.
