  • 4 oz. semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1⅓ cups half-and-half

Method

For the Sauce Base

In a medium saucepan, combine the ingredients. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is melted, blended, and smooth. Serve warm or cool, storing any leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator.
