If you need chocolate luxury, this sauce is unsurpassed. Drizzle it on any brownie and savor the flavors.
Melt the chocolate in a saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly. Add sugar and cream, stirring to combine. Cook sauce on medium heat for 6 minutes, whisking often.
Remove saucepan from heat. Whisk in butter and vanilla, mixing well.
Press raspberries through a strainer with the back of a large spoon to remove seed
