Slather some of this atop an unfrosted, warm brownie and, well, it’s maddening!

Ingredients

“Butter” Base

  • 5 lb. very ripe mangoes
  • 1 cup fresh lime or orange juice

Method

For the “Butter” Base

Peel and thickly slice the mangoes. Puree mangoes and juice in 2 or 3 batches in a food processor fitted with the metal blade. Mixture should be smooth and well combined.

In a large saucepan, combine mango puree, sugar, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
