This luscious combination of brownie, ice creams, meringue, and fudge sauce makes a simply spectacular dessert that really is not that difficult to execute.

Ingredients

Brownie Base

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped

Method

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and lightly flour bottom only of an 8" square pan.

For the Brownie Base

Melt the butter and chocolate in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; cool slightly.
