These are very simple and so much fun. Let your cookie cutters and your imagination be your guide. These are fun to serve at a kid’s party—and easier to make than cutout cookies. See the index for the frosting recipes.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 13x9" baking pan.
Melt the chocolate and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring to blend.
Remove saucepan from heat. Whisk in sugar, eggs, and vanilla to blend.
Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt to combine. Spread into prepared pan.
