One of my favorite frostings is more whipped cream than anything else. This chocolate version, to be spread atop brownies, definitely fits the description.
Combine the chocolate and cream in a double boiler set over simmering water. Stir often, over low heat, until mixture is melted and smooth.
Remove top of double boiler from heat, and carefully wipe bottom (so none of the moisture steams up into the chocolate mixture). Transfer chocolate mixture to a medium bowl. Set aside to cool fo
