It’s so much more than the “luck of the Irish” when you make some-thing this good!
In a medium bowl with an electric mixer, beat the butter with 1 cup sugar at medium-high speed until blended.
Add liqueur, vanilla, salt, remaining sugar, and 1 tsp. milk. Beat at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add more milk as necessary to make mixture spreadable.
