Ingredients

Frosting

  • 2 cups confectioners’ sugar, sifted
  • 2 tbsp. unsalted butter, softened to room temperature

Method

For the Frosting

In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat the sugar, butter, zest, and 3 tbsp. juice on medium speed until smooth, stopping and scraping the bowl often.

Continue beating until mixture is smooth and of spreading consistency, adding more juice if necessary.
