Macaroni & Cheese

Like politics and religion, macaroni and cheese is a topic sure to polarize any family gathering. To bake or not to bake? One cheese or three? Bread crumbs or none? The list goes on. Obviously, I created this version to my taste, but as it’s one of the most popular sides I make, I think I’ve hit upon an exceptional version. I must thank my college roommates who ate macaroni and cheese out of a box when we met. They inspired me to help them do better. Abs and El, this one’s for you!
