I grew up eating Jiffy cornbread, a boxed mix that required the addition of milk or water. I’m pretty sure my mother doctored it up with some melted butter too. Convenience was key for her and I can appreciate that. But at Brown Sugar Kitchen we don’t take shortcuts. My cornbread has customers swooning.
