For me, summer isn’t complete without eating a lobster roll or two, a tradition that started during my first summer cooking job on Martha’s Vineyard. It doesn’t take much, just some lobster and a little homemade mayonnaise. Here, I bring a little island flavor to the New England classic with a spicy lime aïoli that includes a bit of curry spice and jalapeño chile. Pour a glass of champagne, and you’ve got a party! This is one of my favorite meals to enjoy with my hubby.
