Caramelized Banana Pudding

Banana pudding is one of my dad’s favorite desserts. We always made it with store-bought vanilla wafers using the recipe on the side of the box. At Brown Sugar Kitchen we never make anything from a box, so we developed this recipe, which includes a homemade version of that famous cookie, but the caramelized bananas are the best part of this dish.
