This is my ultimate comfort cookie. It just begs for a big glass of cold milk or a cup of hot coffee. It’s such a simple recipe. I think it was one of the first that I learned in a home economics class in junior high.

Ingredients

  • cups/155 g all-purpose flour

Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
