Peach & Nectarine Cobbler

I remember Grandma Holland was always putting up peaches during the summer so that we could have peach cobbler year-round. If you do that, this can be one of the fastest desserts to make, with a little bit of planning. All you have to do is open a jar of home-canned fruit, add the warm spices, and top with the cobbler dough. Serve it warm with ice cream, please!
