This granola bowl is our go-to healthy breakfast and is also super filling. Pears, bananas and other hard fruits can be used if berries and stone fruits are not available during winter months. Granola’s a winner all year round!
Put 4 tablespoons Greek yoghurt into the bottom of 2 serving bowls. Sprinkle 4 tablespoons granola over each bowl of yoghurt.
Now assemble the fruit evenly across both granola bowls, arranging it as you wish. Drizzle with the honey, then sprinkle the bee pollen across the fruit, if using, and serve.
