This is a great alternative to our classic granola bowl if you’re vegan. It really sets you up for the day ahead. Coconut yoghurt is also a great alternative if you’re dairy-free or vegan.
Put 4 tablespoons quinoa into the bottom of 2 serving bowls. Add half the almond milk to each bowl and drizzle 1 tablespoon of maple syrup over each.
Top with the granola and fruit and serve.
