Sounds weird right? We thought so too at first, but this is a jam that combines salty and sweet flavours to give the most amazing outcome. It can be spread on toast or used in a variety of different types of sandwiches and is a great secret weapon to have in the fridge for when you crave something indulgent.

Method

Preheat the oven to 170°C fan/190°C/375°F/gas 5 and line a lipped baking tray with parchment.
