Dukkah is the perfect accompaniment for our courgette fritters, but it’s also great sprinkled on fried or scrambled eggs.
It rocks on salads too!
Put all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well with a wooden spoon.
Evenly spread the dukkah mix across the prepared tray.
