The juice will separate the longer it sits but don’t worry – a quick stir will reincorporate the ingredients and it will still be just as yummy. If you don’t have a juicer, you could use a food processor.
Have a jug at the ready to catch the juice coming out of the juicer.
Place the apples into the juicer one at a time, followed by the celery sticks, cucumber, ginger, spinach, kale and mint.
Once all ingredients are juiced, stir the juice in the jug well before pouring into 2 serving glasses with ice.
