If you’ve gone to the trouble of making salt beef from scratch, what better way to enjoy it than in this delicious warm sandwich? Load up a bagel with juicy slices of salt beef covered in melted Cheddar and eat with pickled cucumbers. Heaven!
Place the salt beef slices on a large baking tray and sprinkle with grated Cheddar. Put under the grill until the cheese has melted. In the meantime, halve your bagels, then toast and butter both halves.
