This is perfect party food. Garnish this dramatically dark houmous with a drizzle of olive oil, a sprinkle of black sesame seeds and some finely sliced spring onions.

Ingredients

  • 240 g cooked chickpeas
  • 125 g tahini
  • 75 g

Method

Put the cooked chickpeas, tahini, coconut yoghurt, crushed garlic, lemon and orange juices, cumin, salt, paprika, black garlic and oil in a food processor and blend well. If you boiled your chickpeas, add up to 75ml of the reserved chickpea cooking liquid to loosen the houmous to the desired consistency. Garnish with olive oil, black sesame seeds and sliced spring onion, if desired.
