We rub this fragrant oil onto bread before grilling but it’s so delicious you could just use it as a dipping oil.

Ingredients

  • 120 ml olive oil
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 sprig

Method

Add the oil to a small pan along with the rosemary, thyme and garlic and bring it to a boil. Take it off the heat and set it aside to cool. Use immediately or store in the fridge for up to 10 days.
