Method

  1. Combine all the burger ingredients in a bowl, add 15ml of water, mix together well and chill for 1 hour. Season the mix to taste and divide into 4 evenly sized burgers.
  2. Heat a thin film of oil in a nonstick frying pan and, when hot, add the burgers and cook for 6-8 minutes until cooked.
