- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the onion, garlic and cumin, and cook for 6-8 minutes until soft.
- Add the cracked wheat and parsley and cook for 5 minutes longer.
- Transfer to a food processor, add the remaining ingredients and whiz to a coarse paste.
- Using wet hands, shape the mix into 4 evenly sized burgers, chill for 1 hour.
