This is a fantastic recipe from the Balearic Islands – a kind of Spanish take on pizza but with a cake-ier, crumblier texture. Traditionally topped with peppers, onions and tomato, it works well with a variety of toppings (some ideas) and is delicious hot or cold. It is also incredibly quick and easy to make as it doesn’t need much in the way of kneading. Kids and adults love it!
