These delicious chewy flatbreads are well worth taking the time to make. They’ll go beautifully with any dip and a glass of wine.
Mix both flours in a large bowl and make a well in the middle. In a measuring jug, dissolve the yeast in 250ml warm water and leave for 5 minutes or so until it goes frothy.
