You’ve made our Red Onion Marmalade, now spread it on this delicious goat’s cheese bruschetta.
It’s simple: spread the toasted bread with red onion marmalade, then lay on a slice of goat’s cheese. Sprinkle with pine nuts and put on a baking tray in the oven until the goat’s cheese and pine nuts start to colour. Serve
