Serve with a selection of crunchy fresh garden veg such as radishes, carrots and celery. Keep it simple and garnish with a sprinkling of lemon zest or add a little pile of Pickled Red Onion. I like to use a big mixing bowl when making this so there’s plenty of space for whisking; otherwise it’s just messy.
