This salad is perfect picnic food and is even better the next day. Just cover it with cling film and put it in the fridge, then let it come to room temperature for 20 minutes before you eat it.
When we’ve got wild garlic at Cambo, this is the perfect recipe to add it to – just shred a handful and stir it in at the end, and maybe leave out the garlic clove.
