  • 250 g red cabbage, shredded
  • 250 g white cabbage, shredded

Method

Put the shredded cabbage in a very large mixing bowl with the onion and grated carrots. Mix well with your hands. Toss in the toasted seeds, the chopped parsley and the baby spinach or rocket and mix again, then pour over the slaw dressing and toss slowly and leisurely until everything is glistening. Taste to see if any additional seasoning is needed.
