Mara Seaweed are a great Fife success story. They forage seaweed from the coast of the East Neuk and turn it into a range of amazing condiments and seasonings that add wild plant-based umami to your cooking. And, of course, that umami flavour is the perfect addition to a Bloody Mary.

To be perfectly honest, I usually use Big Tom tomato juice mix as its seasoning is just right for me and it uses vegetarian Worcestershire sauce. But this is how I make it when I only have plain tomato
