This dressing is a game changer if you’ve never tried it before: drizzle it over any roasted seasonal vegetables, dress with fresh salad leaves and job done! The recipe here is a great base to which you can add more spice, citrus or sweetness, according to your taste. Make sure you mix the tahini before you use it, as it tends to separate in storage. Vegans can omit the yoghurt and whisk in the same quantity of water instead.
