This stuff’s amazing – delicious with chorizo or any other spicy sausage, or with pan-fried mushrooms. It’s great with tortilla, in sandwiches or a burger, or just about anywhere you need a tangy but garlicky flavour hit.

Ingredients

  • 1 garlic bulb
  • 100 ml vegetable oil
  • 90 ml olive oil<

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan).
