This is great as a dressing for salads but try it with fish too or as a delicious way to add a flavour boost to sandwiches. The recipe makes more than enough to use in our Parlour Picnic Loaf and Salsa Verde Potato Salad, and any you don’t use will keep for about 5 days in the fridge. Add a little more oil and this makes a really good dip too.
