Parlour Garlic Butter

There’s no shortage of garlic at Cambo, and it often ends up in this incredibly flavoursome and useful butter. It’s a crucial ingredient in our griddled bread recipes, makes amazing garlic bread, is great on sweetcorn and perks up any potato or spinach dish. And try putting a bit of the butter, cold from the fridge, on a just-grilled steak.
