I don’t see the point in making a little of this as it keeps for weeks in a sealed container in the fridge and has a multitude of uses. It’s fantastic with cheese and a good topping for Coca Bread, but it’s also delicious on burgers (veggie or meat) and pastrami sandwiches. And it makes a great present.
