Fiddlehead Fern Pickles

These unique-looking curly cuties are briefly available in the spring. I have seen them for sale at the farmers’ market a few times over the years, and they are occasionally available at the co-op. They can be a bit hard to come by, but they are so delectable, which is why I encourage you to keep your eye out for them. They can be mail-ordered from the East Coast if you cannot find them in your area. Fiddleheads are not the same ferns that many have growing in their yards. In fact, some var
