Curd needs to be refrigerated, but it will keep for weeks if you take care to use a clean spoon when you scoop portions out. If you have sturdy glass jars you’ve saved from store-bought jams, salsas, Major Grey’s chutney, or what have you, you can use them here; they don’t have to be actual canning jars because they aren’t processed.
