This recipe will make about 100 squares of these wrappings. As I have said before, won tun skins are widely available, but if they are not, this recipe will make them quite nicely. The skins, which come in 1-pound packages, are of varying thicknesses. I prefer the thinner ones, and it is because of this that I recommend you buy them commercially.
