This dish has a tangy pineapple sauce which blends well with chicken.


  • 5 ml salt
  • 10 ml crushed garlic
  • 10 portions chicken<


Rub salt and garlic into chicken portions. Mix flour and peri-peri, and sprinkle over chicken on both sides. Arrange chicken portions in a greased ovenproof dish and pour syrup reserved from pineapple over the top. Bake at 180°C for about 1 hour, or unti
